Office visits are broken into three levels depending on the complexity of the exam. In some cases payment is due at time of service.

A telehealth visit may or may not be a covered benefit under your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance provider to see if telehealth is a covered benefit under your plan.

VISIT LEVELS
All TeleMarque physician consultations include administration of vitals, review of patient’s family and medical history, reason for visit, and discharge instructions (when applicable).
Advanced screenings can be collected and sent to an outside lab for a $15 handling fee. If you plan on using your insurance to cover lab fees, we can collect your insurance information and process the lab request along with the provided coverage. Please note that any outside lab work is billed directly by that lab service and is not part of TeleMarque or your level visit charges. If you choose at the time of service to pay cash, our prices are as follows:

Advanced testing and labs are done off-site by a third party lab. These are billed directly to you by the outside lab and are not part of your office visit. A $15 handling fee is charged for all outside lab work, which includes blood draws or samples required for testing.
